Ramchandra Kale Worked As Assistant General Manager- Abattoir Operation At Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Ltd (Natnudo Foods), Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria For Nine Successful Years Where He Pioneered The Prestigious And Premium Natnudo Chicken Production Processing Plant From Where The Vision Of Amank Emanated. He Also Worked In UAE At Wahat Hili Poultry Farm, Al-Ain As Farm Manager Between 2003 And 2008. He Worked In India At Baramati Agro Ltd. And BAB Agro Ltd As Poultry Production Manager Between 1998 And 2003.
In His Early Career As An Engineer, He Worked In Indian Air Force As Helicopter Maintenance Engineer Between 1978 To 1998, He Was Selected As Member Of 9th Indian Scientific Research Expedition To Antarctica 1989-1990 And A Member Of 12th Indian Scientific Research Expedition To Antarctica 1992 And 1993.
He Is An Engineer Of High Repute. His Virile Experience From Different Countries Has Positioned Him As A Solution Provider In Poultry Processing Industry.

He Was Employed At Poultry Processing Equipment Manufacturing Company In India As A Design & Fabrication Engineer From 1997 To 2012 Where He Had So Many Designed Products To His Credit. As An Experienced Engineer, He Single-Handedly Assembly & Commissioning A Poultry Processing Plant In South America, UAE, Oman, Nigeria, South Africa, Djibouti, Kenya And Sri Lanka.
